It will be a few years before #1 granddaughter Annabelle will be ready for her first
Disney Princess fishing outfit, but it will be waiting! (I hope the outfit includes a
Princess minnow net.)

Happy for you, Ruchard. How's Mom, etc.?
My daughter and son-in-law were well-prepared in every way and it's paying off. Labor and delivery were much faster and easier than her own birth. Saturday morning she called me (1.5 miles away from the Diascund Reservoir ramp) & said there was no need to cut the day short--the baby wasn't likely to arrive until the next day. A couple of hours later, the news was "they're on the way to the hospital." At that point, I hauled in my lines and headed for home. Forty-five minutes after pulling out of the parking lot, I got a text message saying "she's here!" Yesterday, they arrived home with little miss Annabelle snoozing away in her $1,000 car seat (only a minor exaggeration--that thing probably cost more than my first car) dreaming about slab crappies and fish frys!
Congratulations!
