I agree on the kid part 100%.....As long as they are fishing and not there to up the adults pole count. Maybe the committe can address this and revise this rule for our up coming seasons. Also think there should be a age cap on the kid rule that way some jack leg does not bring there 25 yr kid and try to pull the he/she is my legal kid. Just my 2¢Quote:

OK Heads up.....I do not fish FJ's and I am not on the committee.....but I have recieved two reported posts about this thread ( folks thinking its a personal attack etc.) PLease keep your comments civil and also....If its not in the rules.....then in my opinion it is not a rule and any unwritten rules should not even be counted. If you want the rules changed then please take that up with the FJ Directors by PM. and get the rules changed or ammended. Like I said if its not in the rules as they are written.....then it really should mean nothing. This was changed or we always did it like this should not even count if its not written in the rules.

1) Eligible Participants. Participation in the Crappie.com, MS FJ Series is open to anyone. There is no qualification to be registered on Crappie.com. Children are encouraged to participate

The hating can stop. The kids will be exempted if they're younger than 18. Seems a few people want to jump to the wrong conclusions. We are a group that wants to promote our sport and what better way than involving kids. The B's can fish as long as Wannabe has fished three.

Best part of these tourneys is the Friday night before alot of them, the fellowship and freinds made. With that said I feel that the FJs have made me a better fisherman because of the competion involved.
