Soaked since last night in Buddha milk n hot sauce

Sho was good. Think I finally got my fried chicken down pat. Got one more thing to try. Gonna brine it for a day, then Buddha milk for a day next time.

Dadgum, that looks good. I think you will be messing up if you brine them first, I think that's best for grilling and smoking.
We gonna give it a try man. I was watching some kinda show the other day on FoodTV and I can't remember where the place was but it was voted best Fried Chicken in America. They Brined it, then soaked in Budda Milk, then fried it. It was a 2 day process
