Fishing Too Close.....

I was in one of my favorite tackle shops (Superior Tackle) today and saw this shirt.....Had to laugh and I thought of you guys.....think I may have to go back and get one....100% cotton....$20....they are ordering some short sleeve ones soon....while I was there, I got them to add a "crappie.com" link to their website.....

also got a flyer on a crappie tournament on 5/11 at Belle River Landing......(Glenn's Automotive Annual Tournament) I'll post that later when I figure out how to copy and email on my printer.....

BTW....I feel good enuf that I will be at Henderson Tomorrow(Tuesday) at daylight.....thanks guys for all the well wishes.....

Superior tackle is on Siegan Lane about one or 2 blocks west of Airline hwy on the north side of Siegan.....it is in the same building as Jims firearms.....

it was not a morning bite today.....fished 7 to 11....left when I saw rain coming....love my iphone for weather updates.....fished by the interstate bridge, Phillips canal, west pits, south and north Pelba......only fished jigs.....got one thro back bass, 3 bream and one sac I got at 10:45.......maybe should have got shiners huh Randy.....gave my sac to some guys just coming at 11 that said it was supposed to be an afternoon bite.....just don't like to do that.....as when it gets dark this old boy is tired....still, felt good to be back out on the water......

Povety Point for sure and I'm thinking maybe Henderson now seems to be getting tight in a few places
