Anyone know a sure fire way of getting rid of it? I've tried a mild bleach solution but it didn't work very well.

Tilex!!! Spray Em down ....walk away for 10 mins... Come back and gone!!!! Rinse off ...dry ....treat with armor all...good to go...do it every year on pontoon boat... 9 years old...still looks new! Don't know that it won't bleach out dark carpet though...just FYI...
mildew but not the stain left for a long period i have used pure bleach on some . as far as armoall it is just a sunblocker and a petroliam product thet will make the vinyal stiff . vnyal bed cover mfg. will void warenty if you use armoall on it .dry them off after they git wet or cover them with a cover that can breath or vent the boat so it will not sweat.
Ace hardware carries a product called X14 and for sure it will get it off.
Will any of these hurt the seats?
Earl I was always told that bleach would rot the thread on the seats. I have always used some on seats and tried to keep off the thread. I use the X14 that bama3302 talked about.
Justfish, I had always heard the same thing about bleach. I am going to try the Tilex and if they eat up my seats I am going to send the bill to GOLFPRO!
Earl: I assume no liability in the act of you using chemicals in any way!!! Hey jack...powdered creamer and sugar mixture could go wrong too!!!! Hahaha...seriously....I've tried it all....been doing the Tilex thing 1x a year for the last 5 I bet...no problems here!!! Spray...wait...hit Em with a 40 deg nozzle pressure washer ...bam! New again! I do treat them right away after that though...get a good uv protector..
Jody, I was not talking about chemical abuse! LMBO.
I use to detail cars to make extra money and I found that 303 Aerospace Protectant is a great protectant to use on cars and boat seats, and it does not make them slick like some of the other products. I have about slid out of my seat when I use to use the other products. Armour All has been found to harm the materials that it is supposed to be protecting. I just use the Armour All I have left on my Trolling motor shaft so it slides loose easier. You might try Oxyclean on your seats, it sure has worked for me on a lot of different stuff. I don't know the effect it has on the seats, you would have to read the label. Good luck, Wes
X14 did the trick, that stuff is amazing. They didn't have it at Ace but I found it at the supermarket. Thanks for the suggestion, great product.
I knew the X14 would do the trick. Found it a few years ago and nothing like it on the market today. If this doesn't clean it nothing will.
Just turn the hose on it and rinse good after using it and it has not harmed any of my seats.
