Most haul em over from AR. Don't know of a place in Memphis anymore.
Where's the closest place, location and name?
There's a farm in Kemper county i believe, ask RG, he picked us up some down there a few weeks ago.
Price is better in AR too.
Looks like the first stop will be in Forrest City, Wheatley, Brinkley and then to De Valls Bluff.

Two hundred miles round trip for a few pounds of minnows doesn't seem economical.
Nope think tadpoles in town is 2 dollars a dozen. 20 dozen would be under $50....Gas to closetest spot listed round trip. Full tank on most cars 50-100 dollars.Quote:

The others are 100 to 121 miles one way.
I bought 3 dozen last week for $7.35. Went fishing 4 times, no fish, still have a few.
I'll wait til someone's headed this way that can drop me off some on the way to the lake.
Most of the time I buy mine while in Grenada once a week, pay about 13 a pound tax and all but its better than having to drive somewhere to get bait when I want to go to the lake. When I am close to somewhere wholesale I will pick up 5 to 10 pounds.
