What part of Ky. Lake are you going to be on and for how long? My wife and I are heading down there Sunday for a week. We have rented a house next to Cypress Springs Marina right on the Tenn. border.
Staying at Fin and Feathers, Sun. thru Fri. Probably fish Johnathon and Blood.
Ether one is a good choice. At rend the fish are just starting to move into the bushes and Egypt you can catch them casting a jig and cork or minnow and slip bobber up against the weeds.
Thanks Nick
Bite is not on. It's pretty bad. Considering going somewhere else tomorrow to hide from the wind and find fish that want to bite.
Got almost 1.5 inches of rain so far last night and calling for more today. Might consider going elsewhere just my 2 cents.
Guys this post is from 5 years ago!

In my defense-the "3" looked like an "8" on my phone screen. Might be time to get my eyes checked again.

Nice take mean green! I graduate from carmi highschool so got to fish rend lake a few times..Always had a blast.
Very Nice Nick.
Wilbur let's hook up and go!!! Sounds like the bite is on!! Hope we're not too LATE!!!
Nick did you get them out of the buck brush?
No still catching them deep. There are a few in the buckbrush but very few and with these last few days being more like January than April it's going to take some warm days to move them up.
