Snake River can do it.
it looks very similar to Bobby Garland but I'm not absolutely sure because the body is a little bit rounder I wonder if G would know he's better up on the plastic baits.
I think its a little too fat to be a Bobby Garland

It measures 2" long and is on a 1/32 "Chin Spin". It was given to me and the guy couldn't remember if it was Home Grown or not. The color is a pearl base with blue and silver fine glitter.

(according to what I see in the picture)
Looks to me like it has eye "bumps" (without any eyes painted on) ... and also looks like it's put on the Chin Spin "sideways" :scratchhead
Also looks to be a clear body w/glitter ... since you can easily see the chartreuse collar of the jighead.
With those things in mind, and especially the unfinished "eyes", it makes me think it's a hand poured custom job. I'd think that Snake or RonDon could probably come up with a reasonable facsimile of both body style & coloration.

it looks to be put on there the correct way to me top to bottom and no sideways because you can see the mold parting line. I do not see any eye bumps. The only spot I see is where the jighead barb is causing a bump at the top. Still highly resembles BGBS to me.
