Snake River should jump all over this one. That is a sweet mold.
One of my favorite molds but I will probably be selling mine too.
that is one of ctom favored plastic baits he has posted quite a bit on it on Jacobs form.
bob, I really enjoy the bait just not a production mold. Fortunately or unfortunately how ever you wanna look at it I'm down sizing my hobby molds and reinvesting the money back into the production side. As you know in the bait making business the money is made or lost in time not material. Production molds are one time high investment with an over return that will be made up 100 fold by the time saved that can be spent with family or fishing.
MO I will be downsizing myself in the future I will send you a private p.m. regarding my plans for the future 2014 will be a big year for me.
I agree MO, that is why I am selling all molds but 1. I do not have time for it anymore. I was making decent money but the smaller molds are not for production. My family was missing me and I wanted to fish. I totally understand.
guys that's why we were ordering big molds recently like the 40 The baby Shad Stinger for production if you do not have at least 2 20 cavity molds of the same you will have a long time making up a big order I do have like duplicates like 10 cavity molds of the same and 5 of them all the same like I told so many already we will be scrap piling everything in the future and concentrating on my own personal designs that we will have a private mold maker make that means everything on my site will not be there in 2014 we will be coming out in three new tides of never seen plastic I may have to go as far as to patent them to keep the sharks away it's the only way that you will have something of your own. The other thing would be I will only be handling crazy angler stuff on my site if everything works out.
bless you Mike and thank you for the wonderful e-mail I've been blessed by you.
How much is this mold?
My mold is for the 3" bait and its only a 4 holer. I make a few of these for a couple local resorts on the Mississippi River but I don't get hog wild on production. Life's too short anymore and I'm not going to kill myself for a few bucks.
As for the design of this particular bait, it has a whole world of options for shooting. I love it as much as the walleyes around here do.
I definitely know what you mean we have a lot of molds that are only 10 cavities and we refuse to post any on our website because somebody will come along want 100 or 200 and would be there all day shooting but that is a good-looking mold always wise. you should make the porthole bigger for easy shooting if you can.
The injection gate is plenty large now.
wow yall bringing up an old post
