I forgot to mention that. Jonesboro/ brookland area.
i have and they are okay to deal with no real problems. Props plus is up the road a bit just past brookland on your right heaed out towards paragould if camptown has too long of turnaround....
You can't be too careful. I got taken by "We will pay the taxes for you". Long story but they didn't. PM me and I will tell you names to watch out for in the Russellville area.

I would look at gladish marine in this area. I haven't delt much with camp town but have done business with gladish and props plus. Ill only go to gladish from now on. What keeps me from camptown is everytime I stop by they are carrying a different brand boat, just didn't seem right to me.
Camp town put a new axle under a trailer for me a couple of years ago and did a good job at a reasonable price. I've also had dealings with Props Plus. Both places did ok by me.

Thanks for the info. I'm just starting to scope some places out.
i have dealt with camptown ,,,owners are a husband wife team and are good folk ,, also had dealings with props plus and i would recomend either or both ,,my new 25 hp motor came from props plus and they even installed it for me on the boat and i got a great deal on the trolling motor as well ,,,,,,
bought my trailer from camptown and they did right by me as well
I have only been there once. it was about a month ago and was asking about a price on a used 2008 alumacraft he had in the lot. He quoted me a price 500 over msrp on a brand new 2013 of the same make. I just laughed at him and walked out the door.
I took an old 9,9 in there and it cost me $35 for him to tell me it was locked up, and he didn't do a thing to it. And Gladish ...well, I didn't have a chance to get to it, I'll have it done next week. Props plus, they welded my boat up last year. Had it done when they said they would, and didn't rob me blind doing it.
Camptown is over priced on everything and Gladish will not be receiving any more of my business. I recommend Current River Marine in Doniphan, MO.
My biggest problem with Gladish Marine, I bought a brand new yamaha 25 there, and I traded a messed up Mercury in on it. He told me the yamaha didn't come with a prop, and charged me $300 for a stainless prop for my new motor. Then I figure out that my old prop would have worked on it, because they use the same prop. I should ad that he gave me $300 for my motor, so technically, I bought his prop and freaking gave him my motor with an identical prop, only used. I feel raped.
Bought a 25 etec from current river marine in doniphan. Absolutely the best price and service around. Friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. We set up a date to work and they take care of me while I wait. Of course nothing major yet just small service problems. Keep stopping up with trash.
The guy on the bank of the Black river in Pocahantus did me right when I was up there (if he's stillin business).
I was sad that Eugie went out, too bad he moved from town to Brookland.
Eugie is out period. Hate that he was an awesome boat guy.
