http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...ps45cb12b6.pngheres some more pictures of the same bridge.http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...psa66ec154.pnghttp://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...ps0bcd3119.png
I notice it gave the depth of creek, very interesting
Cool. Is the bend in some shots from the boat moving or does the unit account for that?
yes the wind did play a factor.i never did get the boat to stay still.http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...ps051e73c4.png
great bridge shots. Did you catch some crappie there?
what does the 58* and 38* mean, water temp? If so, makes finding the thermocline easy? nice shots tho.
Since you have this 360 unit mounted on the transom, can you view it on Apple or Android devices like you can with Lowrance?

heres a picture that i took of the same bridge, maybe a year ago.notice how much better the detail is. i used the 800khz instead of the 455khz that i used in those other pictures http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...012/S00380.png
I guess that you have to sit still while it is rotating, how long does it take to go around. Is that the bridge in the bottom of the creek? Amazing stuff!
heres some pictures that i took of the remains of what i believe to be a wooden bridge.the deck is gone but the wooden poles are still there.the 360 shots are all taken using the 455khz just a few days ago. the last picture was taken about a year ago using the standard si transducer running 800khz . you can see thats there a lot of difference in the clarity between the two frequencies. http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...psc19794c1.pnghttp://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...ps26c50b0e.pnghttp://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...ps286313dc.pnghttp://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...012/S00350.png
it does make a difference if the boat moves while scanning a large object, but on smaller objects,it seems to work best at very slow speed , but not completely stopped.( about 0.02 mph seems to give me my best picture)....... the part of the bridge that crosses the creek appears to be laying on the bottom of the creek.i guess that before the lake was flooded tva had it blown appart
heres a better picture thats showing more of the bridge in one shot. this picture is using the 455khz. the bridge appears to me, has been blow apart at each pier with the west side having more damage occurred .all along the west side the concrete railing is broken while the east side is still intact making me think that the west side fell before the east and is leanning that way http://i826.photobucket.com/albums/z...012/S00352.png
