Perfect, dont think I would know how to fish without em
Guess I'll be purchasing some chains now! that little boat of mine scats in the wind
yep, extended forcast all last week was calling for 6mph wind, i called BS then
Yeh, i saw that man. Don;t matter. ima bring my chains, drift socks and TRY and remember to grab a couple buckets to try what scott was talking bout. hanging a bucket off each front cleat to keep the front end bouncing down
Good luck, Boys. Careful she goes.
DD, i got some window weights i'm gona try dragging
im just gonna feesh into the wind with my hands in my pockets:biggrin
With this weather, break out the jig pole and you won't have to worry about the wind
I'll have a jig pole with me for sure but I figure those big uns are still where they were or MAYBE over closer to the spawning grounds. There's about a foot to a foot n a half ledge out in front of where they'll go to spawn. Saw that a couple weeks back when I was coming out of the trees
Three weeks ago I caught some decent fish about 30 feet away from the trees, but that was before that cold snap we had
They SHOULD be about in that same area MO. just checked the weather and at 6 AM, the winds won;t be to bad. They'll start ;picking up round 9isah and be getting it by noon. 15 MPH with 20 MPH gusts. least there's more than one place they should be and a couple good spots are out of a SSE wind
Should be able to dodge em for the most part... Wind aint gonna keep me off the lake this weekend
You got that right Spanky. Gonna catch me one of them there 3 pounders. HOPEFULLY. Question is, How big does it have to be to go on the wall for me? lol
3.00... I had that argument with a buddy the other day. I said I probly wouldn't mount a 3.01, but in all honesty, anything over three is goin in the freezer!.... To be mounted
