I'll probably try upper as well as long as the wind stays down. I'll be the big guy in a high sided 16' jon boat with a Merc 40 tiller a lab that looks like he's watching poles. He probably is.
I will be on the upper if wind permits. If it gets windy ill play bumper boats on the lower lake and listen to everybody phone conversations while catching face fulls of second hand smoke lol
