Hmm the .45 is gonna make my belt sag... Better invest in suspenders...
Missouri has always had an open carry rule unless the city or town you are in has a specific ordinance against it.
I've been open carrying for years, never had a problem.

Here's what I found :
I thought we were talking about beer!:cheers2
Just remember, if you shove it down the front of your britches, make sure the safety is on. Don't need any more guys named "shorty".
You guys talking with Permit? If so, I thought it already was legal, but some of it was kinda mucked-up with red-tape in that having a sidearm holstered was considered partial concealment :dono
Just remember that open carry makes you the first target if something goes down. I like the inner waist band holsters myself. I just don't like flaunting my sidearm.
Open carry without permit has always been legal in Ms. My understanding anyway.
There is some disagreement to that prior to this clarification because of an interpretation put out by Jim Hood stating that since a portion of the gun was concealed by the holster, it was considered concealed, therefore a concealed carry permit was required.
My interpretation of the latest is that you do not need a permit to open carry, but you still do to carry concealed.
I'm not a lawyer, so if I'm wrong, don't call me to bail you out.

Concealed in whole or in part which if its in a holster it is partially concealed is how it use to read
