Use the ramp at Engineers Point

Hope you got a big boat :yikes
Looking at the wind forecast: unload a Engineer's point, motor slowly (it's a NO WAKE ZONE) toward main lake, once you clear the rock island take a hard right and go back into the marina behind the island, this will be your best place to hide fom that kinda wind. There have been being some fesh in there, stay safe and good luck.
i don't think you want to be on sardis anywhere if that wind gets to 24 mph....there will me some mama-jama rollers
If I just had to fish I'd go to lower lake and fish that cut behind the island.
oldgoat, I took a screenshot and opened it with MS Paint
Just stay in the Marina, I wouldn't even consider the main part of the the with 24 mph winds from any direction.
If you go past rocks you went past marina

Haha. Awful directions. Don't waste no $$ with a wind that strong.
You may snag one or two if you spider rig 24 mph wind. Poles will be making the perfect snap back and forth
Launch from engineers point boat ramp and hang a right and you are at the marina. You can't miss it.
