I used a hole saw to cut holes through my buckets leaving them only cut part of the way around each hole to make a tight fit for pipes. I will fill with rocks to sink them in shallow water.

I also like them. Should fit in 3'-10' real well. Mainly, I like the the fact that you use materials that you can get for free. A guy can afford to put out a lot of condo's when they are FREE. Keep us informed as to how they are working for ya.
