So I did a little pouring and painting. Poured a few jig heads and painted them yesterday.
Don't know how good the pictures will be sending from my phone. But here it goes.

I guess I am going to have to buy a mold, I have 50lbs of lead setting around.
Lookin good.
Wish I could find a mold for a 1/4 oz tubehead using a #1 or #2 hook that would be small enough to go inside my tubes. May have to get one and modify it. Your jigs look good , only reason I would mold is if I can't buy what I need.
Good looking jigs.
Jigs look good is there anyway to turn point that hold tub to the other i like them on bottom
Nice
Do you use a fluid bed with your powder?
Btw, they look really good.
farmer,
One of my molds has two barbs but I cut the bottom one off.
Good looking jigs
AgriHawg,
I just heat the jig head with a lighter and swirl around in the paint then hang it to cool.
That's what I do, except I use an alcohol burner.
Do you cook yours in an oven afterwards?
AgriHawg,
Do not put in oven, just hang and let cool. Just getting into painting.
After dipping the heads in the powder most people will cure them in an oven. Depending on the color, the temp & cure time varies. Curing will make the paint harder. Course if your happy with your results, then this wouldn't be necessary.
Nice!
Three of my favorite colors!!!!
You can take the boy out of the country but you can't take country out of the boy
Nice jigs
