trolling motor follow up question.....
Just say that you gewbers convince me to buy the 80lb Terrova, that means another battery. How does that impact my other electronics? Both fishfinders are 12 volt, as are my lights and dash guages. Currently everything runs of of one battery and my outboard runs of of a second cranking battery. So... I see two batteries for my TM, another battery just for my FFs and electronics, and a cranking battery for my outboard? That is turning into a lot of batteries and a lot of wiring.
Re: trolling motor follow up question.....
Yep, 1 for cranking and electronics 2 for trolling motor

trolling motor follow up question.....
I'm with the rest of these guys. I run all my 'lectronics, my minner bucket and live well from my crankin' battery. Never had much of an issue, these things do not draw much from your battery and if it does not hold up you are gonna need a new battery anyhow.
trolling motor follow up question.....
I'm running a bait pump, timed livewell, HDS 8, 7 and Lss2 100% of the time all off the cranking battery and never had a problem turning my 225 optimax over which is said to be a battery hog relative to other motors. That being said, I keep a set of jumper cables in the boat just in case, which everyone should.
Wannabe...
Re: trolling motor follow up question.....
All accessories off of start battey. TM on it's own circuit - that's the standard (proper set up)
