Bob those are nice baits. I can see many of fish falling for that one, nice!
Now that one I really like!
Like always Snake, very nice!
Looks like lots of action there, good job.
I don't pour plastic but your creation has me in a heavy lean in your direction. Awesome shad bodies!
what is the price on a 20 pack
Hey Snake! Thank you so much for making these custom designed baits for me! You do outstanding work! These lil bad boys will fill a Crappie basket in a hurry! One of the most lively shad type baits you will find! Been using them for over 20 years with outstanding success!!! You da man!!!
Sweet look....what kinda plastic are you using to keep it durable. How easy will it tear. Different brands on the market. You pour a lot of plastic....one blend working best.
yes we do use a lot of plastic we just went through 5 gallons in two weeks and we just ordered five more gallons I like using Calhoun we have used all the major brands on the market there are pros and cons about all the plastics out there but so far I find Calhoun the best the plastic is very durable but I do not guarantee any of my plastic baits for toughness it depends on what you are fishing for and in the conditions that you are fishing if you are in a rocks Bush's and so on I figure if you are not fishing for sharks they may last a long time:Rofl but I stand behind the plastic I haven't had any complaints on Calhoun plastic it is like this was mostly guys are shooting plastic it is a trial and error thing whatever you feel that is right for you lots of the plastic smoke which I cannot stand a smoke plastic but anyway I use, Calhoun.
bob.
Thanks for the feedback! They do look sweet. Makes me want to get into another hobby!
these baits look very nice
all of these new looks are going to sink my boat lol
again great job sir
I like it too. Ought to be a catcher and the color ain't bad at all. Congrats. If you ever decide to copy my colors, let me know. I'd be interested.
That tail constriction coupled with the ball end should make this very good indeed. A tad shorter than Lake Fork and a tad more body depth should round out a 2" selection with the Lake Fork Trophy Baby Shad one on one side and the BG Baby Shad on the other. Looks real good.
how about a silver for the back and a pearl white for the belly or would you like a pearl pale brown for the top and a deeper brown for the bottom put some black glitter and or how about making some of like a electric chicken about acid rain about watermelon wine in the above there are so many different combinations you can go on and on nothing is too wild when it comes to combinations we've done everything you can think of and you guys keep coming up with more all the time that's what I want to hear this guy is a limit on what you can do is forest combinations go.
This bait was originally called; "T - BONE Jigs' - Shakey Tail Shad". It was in production many years ago, and was one of the top baits I have ever used. One thing that you can do to really dress them up is to use the Black, Garlic scented Plastic Lure Marker and put stripes, dots and eyes on the baits. Not only do they look awesome, but they have a strong garlic scent! I have turned some into lil bass by adding a lateral line on a green/white lure; added specks to a white lure to make it look like a baby crappie, and the shad dot on a gray/white lure. They look outstanding, have garlic scent, and can fill a limit in a hurry! Great lures, and Bob is doing an outstanding job reproducing them for me. Great work on a great lure. Try the garlic marker - it is easy to dress out a plastic lure and add scent at the same time! Good fishing to all!
