Is this something like a Cajun cricket? Would this color work better in murky water? I think it would have pretty good action with those 2 arms it has.
I don't think fish are near as picky as fishermen want to believe.
Figure supposed to mimic crawfish.
As I've said before you gotta get around fish to catch fish. Often times Its not about what your using rather where you are using it.
killer for smallies in the hills
I have told several folks when the bite was on , it would be possiable to catch a limit on a unpainted lead head with a couple knots of yarn on it.:twocents Fish are easily fooled when they are actively feeding. Would not be afraid to gamble using a cig butt on leadhead on a good day.:Rofl
X2 on the smallies. I used some very similar in Colorado and the smallies would fight over them. I could see 3-5 fish trying to steal the bait when I would be fighting the one hooked.
Slackline
Had a fish hit a bare gold hook in the water. Even wild berries on a dare worked when I was a kid. Haven't tried it again though.
riptide
"Cool Lures" catch more men than fish.
Look at $hane Ghent and his Crappy Magnets !

" Crappie cricket"
Where you find those at,like to have couple hand full of those in a few different colors?
I took a small little bity white rope tied a small knot at one end dipped the knot in a fresh cow paddy which turned the little bity knot a mint green caught 24 before my dip bait dried out.
I got these at the Wal-Mart in Morrilton. I cant remember the name on the package. I am at the mill now but when I get home tonight I will post a picture of it. SLACKLINE, would you just use these on a beetle spin for small mouth?
Come on man,a stove pipe and flashlight will getem too.
I don't think you will catch anything on those so just send them down here to Ms. and I'll get rid of them for you!
Looks good
I think i have used and caught plenty of fish on these, havent seen them in years ,....if its called a " puddle jumper" it works !!
Looks like a cricket. I'm betting crappie will take it with gusto.
Bream probably like em too!
