Yep, oven bags are great to cook meats that may dry out otherwise. Pork loins are especially prone to drying out.

There ain't nothin better than pork loin and a glass of Ripple.

That makes sense. It just doesn't look like an oven bag; looks a lot like the vac seal package they're sold in with the top peeled off. Either way, looks like it turned out real good.

Wife fixed a couple of corn beef briskets with cabbage and green beans.

That's exactly what it is, vac sealed package. It's even "self venting" at the corners. Very convenient and tasty.
