That's good to know!! Hoping for a dealer in the Okc metro, but at least it's close.
I talked to the owners at Woodys they were interested then. It might help if you jerked their chain again..lol..Ranger
That is good news. Ledge thumped me with those ugly bugs today. Worst beating ever. I'm sure that a few packs of SB will totally even the playing field....not.
i've heard alot of good things about the slab bandits and from videos i've seen online they have alot of motion on the tail, is it true the plastic more durable and last longer than the bobby garlands? i also hope a dealer around okc or other parts of state will carry them
Rone, everything you have heard is true about being tougher. They are scented with fish attraction that makes the usual light bite more aggressive. I have found if you use a barbed jig to pinch the barb down, and to use a drop of super glue after it starts sliding down the shank of the jig. The new Crawler is an awesome bait as well with all the same attributes with 4 action tails. Crazy Angler is a new company in the crappie bait world and is making a loud name for itself. Be looking for more and more tackle shop's town stock Slab Bandits here in Oklahoma soon. I know that Eufaula Marina is also stocking them as well. The word is out and it will only get better as far as availability......Ranger
X2 on the tougher, I have used the same bait all day with them, and thanks ranger for letting us know where to get them locally, I really like to see them before I buy something, seems the colors aren't the same as the picture
Going to order some of these for the first time, do you have a promotion code for first time buyers?
Coach you rig them as you would any other plastic such as garlands or a tube. You can use 1 or 2 if thats your preference. No code sorry......Ranger
I love the Slab Bandits. I have caught several fish on Oologah and Eufaula using them. I can't wait to use the bigger ones this Spring during the spawn.

I contacted Lucky Lure in OKC today and the owner said he would look into them.
Will Baitmasters have the SB in a good selection of colors?
All I know is I talked with Robert yesterday and they will be available at Baitmasters in the next few weeks. I have also talked with Joan at Woody's on Keystone about making them available to local anglers as well. If Lucky's in the metro area of OKC, Baitmasters in Wagoner, Eufaula Marina, and Woody's were to all stock them it would be awesome for the area anglers ......Ranger
Thanks George and Kirk for contacting Lucky's.

OOOPPPPPPPSSSSSSSSSSSSSSIIIIIIIIIIEEEEEEEEEE, I have a double handful + of chartreuse sparkle and 3-4 other colors that were donated at the Last Okla. CDC get together. I did not remember the baits name.:banghead I do now. The crawlers could be great for bluegill. Thanks for posting the pictures
Can say I have been catching alot of nice crappie on them since they became available. Robert told me last year early winter he was developing a new bait called the Crawler and his Pro Staff that fished the Nationals last year got to test them out. They used them on the second day of the tournament as I remember, and increased their total weight on that day by 2lbs I believe..but don't quote me on that since I have slept since then. They have incredible action with the 4 arms and have the same toughness as the Bandits. I assume they would work great for the bigger gills as well.....Ranger
I'll tell you this Achiro if they don't produce fish I'll buy them from you, I've fished with them for over a year now and they are tough tough baits that produce fish!!!
Found some at B N T Tackle in Coweta.
got my slabs in today from crazy.great service and shipping. It was cheaaper than running around to get them.
Achiro, that has been my experience also. Ordered from them twice and both times shipping was FAST! I wish the crappie would bite as fast as their shipping is.
