Calm down big fella. Blood pressure gona get you. And it went me. Haven't been on here since early.
I deleted it cause the thread turned into an advertisement for a facebook page that was not a personal page, or a business page. At the time, the facebook page said it wanted to be the biggest online crappie page on the Internet. Crappie.com is not supposed to be used to launch other forums, that's in the rules. No forum allows that.
But since then, I've spoken to the gentleman that made those posts and we're all good. In fact I invited him to help manage the crappie.com facebook site.
There's no problem linking to business facebook pages, or personal facebook pages. But if that page posts specifically to be a forum for crappie fishermen, that's not allowed. That's what crappie.com is about. If clubs want a forum here, I've always had an open door, even encouraged it. But it just does not make sense for us to help fragment the community. Crappie.com is about bringing it together.
I'll bring that thread back in a minute. Thank you all for understanding.
Ok....
Happy now BigH?

And thank you Mason for offering to help get the crappie.com facebook page going strong. I don't really like how it's setup now. Personally, I think facebook is a pain to use (understand), but it's a necessary evil. We have to embrace it, and make it part of our community here. Really not a choice. And with friends like Mason, we'll have it all working smooth together, especially for those that want to use facebook Crappie.com too.
