I have a Springfield Armory, XD45. I like it.
Have shot two different ones and I love them.
I don't know anything about 1911 except the only time I shoot Waynes Kimber, $1200 gun he told me, about the 4th shot it stove piped. Was down yesterday and he said he could fire it SOMETIME at half cock. He was showing me and it did it once in about a dozen times. As said I know nothing about that gun but when I tried it it never fired at half cock. Not running down Kimber just what happened to me. Only semi-auto I have is a SR9c. thinking about selling it and getting another revolver, found out I just like them better.Quote:

I bought an EAA .45 full size with a recoil compensator and hi vis sights. This is a much cheaper gun than the Ruger, but I love the .45. Not ideal for concealed carry because of size and weight, but if anybody did break in, it would make them have second thoughts. If ya dont hit em, the muzzle blast will send them packing. I know Ruger makes a good pistol, buddy has a 9mm and .40, and he loves them.
You don't have enough hats to get it at that price! Now what revolvers do you have to kick in?Quote:
