Hard to beat the price and 24 month warranty of their Maxx batteries. That's what I use.
Group 31's would be the ticket if you have the room and the wallet.
Listen to Feelay. If he can run his 101 on that 23 footer all day and still have juice left, it's good enough for me.
I'm using 3 Group 31's from BatteriesPlus on my Terrova 101. I think they are $120 ea. with a 12 month warranty.
Sam's Club sells a Group 31 AGM for $166, with a 18 month replacement warranty. Being maintenance free would be real sweet, but will add about 30% to the weight.
I have group 31's by Interstate on my 80 lb. terrova....I can pull cranks at 1.8 mph all day and still have battery left.
Batteries are one of the few things left I will buy from wallyworld.
interstate 31s always worked for me love them and a great price $35 with a trad in im lucky i live just a few miles from a three state dealer he will sale a blem or out of date new battery off the retell rack i have never had a defect yet they lasted 4yrs first time around just put second round last spring going strong
I've done a lot of research and one thing that is conclusive is you can't find the same two opinions on batteries regardless what you read, lol. That being said it is my opinion that if you want the most bang for your buck with the best warranty the group 29 maxx's from wal-mart are best. If you want to spend a little more I think you can get a little better battery but with that 101 on your 1860 you should be able to pull cranks all day with the Wally World batteries and for slow trolling you will never run any of them down. Best advice I have read (from Catfan) is keep an eye on your water levels and keep em plugged in when not in use and you should be good to go. Good luck! Any leave my pets at Sardis alone:):):)

All good info.
Good 'uns. Or at least purty good 'uns.
Wannabe...
Anybody looked into the new single 36v lithium ion battery? Have seen em but don't know a lot about em. Looks like a great space and weight saver. The 12v weighs right at 20 lbs, but Probly outrageous price
Thanks for all the input im going to go with three from wally world.
