At that weight, get yourself some hematite beads and the size jig hooks you want and make your own. Tungsten beads would also work but much more expensive.
Going to be hard to find anything smaller then say 1/100. I have some 1/80 that Grousefly made for me. Check with him to see if he has what you want. Just PM him.
I get my 1/124 oz jig heads from bass pro shop. They are probably lead, but its a place to check
I know they are making jigs out of tin but need to locate these in 1/124. Id buy a mold if i could get my hands on one that small.
Tin bismuth is 3/4 the weight of lead so 1/100 oz would work if i could get a mold that size would work for me.

Leadfreejigheads is about the only place i know of that could come close. Not as small as you mention but down to #10 jig hooks so pretty small - Fly Balls - and always get confused if it is a 1/64 actual weight or if it is the SIZE of a 1/64 head but the weight of tin/bismuth. He is really good to work with and excellent craftsmanship. Also says you should not paint the lead free with powder, but it is possible if you are careful.

We have been working with JB-Weld it is( steel) for a friend that cannot use lead in the 1/32 and 1/16 doesn't really care if it is exact weight. 1/124 probaly would not care if the head is painted or not.They use this weight in our part of the country for trout under a clear float. Can make the jigs out of JB-weld but have not got the painting of them down haveing a hard time making the paint stick and last!!! Hope this helps.Bismuth is kind of pricey!!!! We have also been adding tin.Havent got the ratio tin/lead where it would be legal amount.
What is the gram weight of 1/124 oz? A local maker was curious. He had never worked with jigs this small

You might have to look at the fly fishing split shot for something that small. The problem I find with them is they're all removable and you have to get the ears off of them. You'd also want the larger groove so you're not mashing them when attaching to the hook.
