man that is one serious deep fryer there. Is it easier to clean the bream that way vs filets, or just your preference? Does the skin/scales just peel off after frying ? Looks tasty too. :cheers2

Lookin mitey fine Handi, we cooked some Wed nite at the man cave, man thats eatin rite there!!!!!! JMO I dont think the bream have the same taste when filleted, I like em just like Handi got em there, closer to the bone the sweeter the meat :biggrin
They definately taste better whole IMO. Course I wouldn't turn down filleted either. I usually fillet mine but from time to time I like to clean em whole. Those are the last ones I had in the freezer so I'm going to have to stock back up this spring. Oh yea, if any of you guys have ever thought about getting a Cajun fryer but were a little put off by the cost, save up a little extra cause its a cooking machine and you will love it.
