Is that a 22 caliber?? Reason I ask is I've read several items about stores being out of 22 ammo. I have not checked here but wondered if it was widespread. I know in general the holy one has everyone buying guns and ammo, but I am surprised the 22 would disappear.
I believe he was looking for a MK III Hunter if I remember right.
There is also a Nickle Python listed there too for all you guys with money, too Hi$ for me.
SeaRay, tried to pick up a box for a bud couple days ago here at our local Sportsmans warehouse. Not one box of 22 told me the hoped to get some more in a few days. There were people in every ilse buying ammmo. They were pretty much sold out of everything but some of the high caliber rifle ammo.
Thanks neon, I am looking for a hunter. Speaking of ammo shortages, I have been in Academy Sports in Hattiesburg twice in the last two weeks and they been out of all .22 LR,357, and 9ml.
Btw, I'm probably gonna wait until some of the craziness subsides before making a purchase. Unless I run up on a deal, it is unreal some of the prices I've seen on guns lately. Manufacturers can't keep up with demand, quality is being thrown out the window and dealers are being able to name their price.
Yall check Philadelphia Gun And Pawn, gonna be hi tho because when they restocked they had to pay more for it. Also the same folks own the Rock House in Meridian so they should be restocked as well.
No problem feesh. I just couldn't remember who it was and what exactly they were lookin for. There was also some 9mm ammo listed, $20/50 rnds, but likely something someone reloaded, so not sure how interested I'd be in it.
Yeah, for sure some price gouging happening.
Thanks Barry!
NOT!

Big gun show in Jackson today but I decided not to go. Prices will be over the top.
Try Desoto Defense across from the co-op in Hernando. They had a good stock of most the other day. It's the only store I've found ammo at in a 100 miles rad. of here. Cheapest 9mm at Guns and Ammo in Southaven was $17. per 50. Desoto had a case of reload 38 spl. yellow box, never seen it before, for 13.50. I bought $430. worth of new ammo wednesday, none for myself. I got $20 for my gas and time.
My reload vendor said the warehouses that he gets his supplies are empty.
Any reloaders want some .38 spl. nickel brass, decapped for .05 each plus shipping or meet?
Somebody in North MS is lookin to get rich on CL....500 .22 rnds for $50? :Rofl Last I bought were under $20
I haven't noticed a slow down except where people gave up looking for ammo. I know fellers that call Wally World everynight at 8pm to see if any came
in on the daily shipment. There are always 3 or 4 guys lined up to buy what they are allowed. 10 boxes per customer, just like Cabela's. Until we know what
the d-c-a-o- is going to do with his executive order, folks are going to keep the shelves bare.
the mark III is a fine gun as well. i have the hunter model and that is what i do with it.....

Legislators will review the proposed outline of legislation in their private party conferences Monday afternoon. In order for vote to be taken on Monday, the package would require a "message of necessity" from the governor that would eliminate the need for the usual three-day "aging" period for bills. Cuomo and lawmakers took heavy criticism last March, when they passed numerous significant items in a late-night session that made extensive use of such shortcuts.
