I thought if you caught a LIMIT, that meant you were SUPPOSED to stop fishin that day. If you're culling from a LIMIT, then before you cull one out with the fish you just caught, for that brief time before you find the one you want to throw back, you're OVER THE LIMIT!!!!! I call BS. It's illegal to cull from a LIMIT!!!!! If you have a limit, you must throw one back BEFORE you catch another one.
