Looks good GDG, My son in law makes like slim jims with jalapeno and cheese, they are good too.
Dadgummit....ya flung a craving on me
Boy that stuff is good.
Yall got to quit posting these food pics, I done gone on a diet!!:banghead
I don't know what some of you guys do for a livin'....but I swear you outta be sellin' some of that stuff!
If you do, find me early next year :biggrin
Guy that works for me does deer processing also Neon, and he knows what he is doing with it. If by chance ya come down this spring think about camping at Pickensville on the Tenn Tomm for a while and I can bring plenty of this when I pick ya up for fishing trips.:biggrinThe fish aint as big as the ones up in North Ms but we got plenty of em and Feesh or I would be more than glad to have ya as a partner. Just do some research on the Tenn Tomm and their camping sites. They really have some nice ones. Check out Cochran Recreation on the Tenn Tomm, their camp sites are on a little hill right beside the river. Clean bath houses and usually can have your pick of sites early in the spring.
Spring won't be in the pic for me for a good long while I hope, I stay in Indiana spring/summer to spend time with dad (he winters in FL). He's a pretty spry 88, and as much as I love it down here if I were just here in the Fall/Winter for the next 20 years, it wouldn't hurt my feelings a bit.
Could you imagine having a son over 75 years old :Rofl
Hahahahaha................ Well the fall and winter fishing is just as good as the spring on the Tenn TOmm, mater of fact the winter fishing is better so just crank that bus up and drive on over and set up camp for a week or two when ya leave Sardis, I think we can put ya on the fish.
I failed to add the offer is sure appreciated, but nothin' comes close to spending time with dad :ThumbsUp
GDG, how far are you from here (Sardis), and you guys got any COE Campgrounds close? I'm here for 2 more weeks, then I gotta move (maxed-out time).
I just looked, you're talking about Alabama? If I had the right spot, it's close to a couple hundred miles and another non-resident fishing license. Probably just a bit more than I should spend right now, especially being so late in the year (for me, as far as before heading back North). After these next 2 weeks are up, I figure I'll stick-around (somewhere) about another month, then start thinking about heading North.
Well, I'm kind of looking at the map as I'm typing. Granted, I'll be headed somewhat east when I head North, so it's not like it's 100% out of the way, just about 100 miles further South. Fuel (200 mile round-trip roughly to get me back due East of here) and License would put me in the $200 cost range. Let me do some head-scratchin' and see if I can swing it. I won't say it's out of the question right now.
I understand bout the budget maybe next year u can put it in your plans.
