Finally crack the top 5!!!!
Well this is my 4th year with MCC and my brother and I finally get our picture taken in the top 5!!! I have fished with different partners my first 2 yrs. with the club and this year and last with my brother. I am not getting on here tooting my horn, wait well kinda.... but I was wanting to thank all the people we have been associated with over the years. We borrowed stuff last year got made fun of and never looked back after I purchase my first boat in June of this year. We spent the money to get equipment we needed to make us competitive and had plenty of help from fellow members. Now back to the tourney yesterday, I can say I usually hate fishing in the cold and rain but yesterday was an exception. Finished second to Rabbit Rogers doing what I grew up doing in the fishing world "jig fishing". We fished Eagle Lake and I tell ya, I have been jig fishing that lake for 4 yrs. and I learn something new about it every time I go and to let you know I thank my wife for the countless hours I have been able to put in on the lake. " I did my homework fellows" and I will continue to do the homework to try and stay in the top 10 in points for the year. Thank you brother for being a great net man yesterday, jk, Hate you didnt catch more but it was a great team effort!!! On to Sardis and I will have to do some major studying there I have only been there once!!! Thanks MCC
