Purdy good Speck. several miles closer to them that I am right now. nice yard for the grandkids to play and then go swimmin. Then I can put my friends that come over and poas out in the other end of the house so I ain;t gotta hear them snoring LOL

If it seems to good to be true, it usually is. Had a friend relocate to Arkansas a few years ago during winter. They found a great deal on a beautiful house. Summer came and they found out ..... That tyson chicken plant down the road.:puke
