There sure are some nice trailers around that lake.
This subdivision was developed by a corp out of ga. Most of the homes were owned by peeps from there. I purchased my lot from a guy that had been trying to sell it for five yrs. picked it up for under half price after 6 months of negotiations.
That sure is nice. Would love to live on a lake like that.
Os this at Alexandria? Very pretty place.
Close to Alec city, same lake south east from that city.
Got ya, have sent a good bit of time over there just never got to fish while I was there. Worked for a company that had lodge close the the golf coarse over there, Willow something.
Willow point, it's a highly desired area of the lake , lot of docs and lawyers.this is the area I,m in on the lake...
We need to have a tournament here this spring. I've got 5beds, 3 1/2 baths. With some sleeping bags I could accommodate 20 peeps prob. Just had a youth retreat up there with 20 plus kids. It's simple but a practical place for entertaining.
Wouldnt mind that if it is where I can leave, spring is hard to leave these lakes here.
To dumb to be wanna them.... Started working at 11 got a few breaks. Started a A/C company , did a little saving. Good lord blessed me.
That is a pretty place over there, prolly wont ever get to play another round of golf at Willow Point but is very nice, love playing along the water on several holes.
I know what kinda lower rent you talking, still got alot of deer over there. They were everywhere over by the lodge ou company owned.
Yep, I was looking at three from my deck while ago... It's loaded around the lake with deer.
Ok, the question is....do you have an empty drive 60' long and 10' wide :biggrin
I was HVAC for 35 years, last 25 self-employed. Sure don't miss them 2AM no-heat calls :bash
I got a 100 x 100 barn and about 200 acres in town to park ur bus if you wanna make the trip and do some fishing and fellowshipen. I would like to get a group together and do a tournament this spring.
water level variations are a bit worse for you than up here. TVA lakes can drop 5-10 depending on the moods those guys get in. That hump in summer time is an exposed hump/stump/rock in winter time, but its a good time to see what is along the miles and miles of shoreline we have up here.
Looks like a nice place you got going there. How is the fishing on Martin??
Looks like a very nice place. Why don't those docks have structure under them? Are is it permitted?
