Just hope you didn't stand over that buck admiring it so long that the meat started decaying which is very much like you do when you by chance happen to catch a real nice fish and admiringly hold it up for so long it gets completely air dried.:Rofl
Now this wouldn't really matter to me but like old Doug I'm hoping to sample some more of that tasty summer sausage one of these days.
