I am right there with you. Gonna have to try that one. She eats just about anything else with Parmesan cheese.

we had to find some way to fix it so that she would let me eat it--my wife won't fry any so we tried this one and man---it is great. Both of us are very picky about fish and how it is cooked--but the part crappie is the next best thing so far to fried IMO.

cook it at 500 for 15 min. that should do it

i dont fish anywhere but in MS! and normally dont keep anything under 13.5! dont think thats the problem. Its the cookin em part

One thing you have to rememeber. This boat is MADE for Salt Water. Hence why they call it s BAY BOAT.
