I am about to get a mold and start pouring my own jigs.
What I am thinking about is the Do-It JNR-8-1632 which has (4) 1/32 and (4) 1/16 cavities with no collar or a Do-It RHB-8-1632 which has (4) 1/32 and (4) 1/16 cavities with a collar.
I think 1/32 and 1/16 should cover most of my needs.
I would appreciate some input on these or others along with recommended sizes if these are not good choices.

What kind of price are you looking at to get started?
Also check on a 1/8oz thats another good size to have
I'm don't pour a lot but do tie some for myself once in a while. I would buy the one with collar and you can use side cutters to cut off collar if not needed. Easier to cut off than add one:Rofl. I have one with barbed collar and that's how I do it. 2 for one.
I spent a long time chopping the collars off and it gets to be a real pain!!!!!! Check ebay sometimes you can find a group of them. Deciding which one to get is a tough choice - do you use more plastics than tying them??? then get the one with the barbed collar.
If you are just going to pour for your own use I would go with the JNR-6-A or the JHB-7-A. This way you will have all the sizes you may want to use. Even pouring one jig size at a time it doesn't take long to pour 25 to 50 jigs. I agree with Fatman, I would go barb-less. A little dab of super glue and the plastic jigs will hang on tight.

I'm molding some ponyheads now, 1/8 oz. with 2/0 aberdeen and sickle hooks
Modify the mold for a larger hook.
cane - surprised you had to mod the mold for a bigger hook. The older mold you can just use a 2/0 with no problem in either the 1/8th or 1/4 , the new one has a warming chamber on the bottom and yeah you have to shave it off to use bigger. Here's the old style with the 2/0 hook mustad aberdeen. Now the sickle you either have to dry fit before casting or mod the eyelet CAREFULLY!!!!!!!!!!!

The 2/0 hook doesn't fit in the 1/8 oz. mold. The eye to bend is to long. Makes the hook ride on the barb side of the mold. You may get the barb, but no lead between the barb and head. If mold is super hot you'll get this area filled, but may have overfill as if mold isn't closed all the way. The swivel slot is made for a 14. It needs to be a bit longer for a 12.
Looking at the picture above. I'm guessing that is a 2/0 hook in the 1/4 slot. Look at the shank of the hook above the barb. It isn't center of the mold. It's to the right. Tighter fit in the 1/8 mold.
Just modify where your hook eye goes alittle and it will center right up. As for the swivel slot do the same with a dremal.
Something not mentioned yet are the pro molds. I have a few in the most used sizes and styles and they work much better. The sprue has a smaller gate , or the funnel into the mold itself is slightly narrower, making it easier and cleaner to break off the excess when finished. It's money well spent, and you won't regret the expense. Mine also fit together better creating less flash and related trimming. I get almost no extra work after the pour. I have them in 1/32, 1/16, 1/8 and both barbed and ball head. The one size of each mold is a good addition to have but will get frustrating to use in comparison to the pro's. I had some molds that had 4 of each and they do ok but mine needed lots of trimming of flash when done, a looser fit. This is just some input, trying to give you options. If you use, say, 1/16 barbed collar, try that on in a pro before you gather a bunch of molds and have to sell them later. I had around 20 molds at one time and now have 11 or 12 that keep my time at the bench to a minimum. Also be careful of buying hooks and things that you "might" need, I have some I haven't touched since they arrived in the mail. Good luck with it all, it's a ton of fun.
Cane the 2/0 fits fine in the 1/8th oz slot - I've poured some for my brother and I have no problems with it. I understand why you say it isn't centered it's because it's an O'Shanasy hook I couldn't find a regular 2/0 aberdeen to put in it!!LOL I'm still sorting a few box's of stuff and finding more and more of my stuff, wasn't able to play with any tackle or tinkering for over 3 years so getting everything straightened out.
I have to say I'm a little disappointed with the newer Do-It molds it seems I trim more flash than the older ones. I'm ready to go custom to get what I want but if the lead laws change more here in Vermont I'll have to re-learn pouring with tin or something else. Doesn't matter that we show them the jigs encased in powder paint or argue the point that the farms up here are dumping more crap in the rivers and lake than they need to worry about my jigs.
True about the crap in the water. A small river was going to be dredged for barge traffic. No can do! Layers of DDT in the mud.
Lead laws, I can see it now. Plastic jigheads, I have some of them. Fish report; The fishing was lite hits today. I fished 2 #4 red plastic jigs with chartreuse tails with a 3/8" nut, 5 foot deep in 7 foot of water.
