Sounds like one heck of a motor.
I paddled faster than a 2.5 hp Honda a few days ago, and it don't get no better than that for me.
I've always dreamed about a bass boat with a go-get-em motor. As it turns out, I'm happy with my 12' jon boat and 46 lb thrust electric.
I have a F150 that runs great but a little heavy. I like the weght specs of the new SHO 150. Looks like a new winner for Yamaha!

I have always been a fan of 2 strokes but with the new technology the 4 strokes are making me a believer.
yamaha makes a great motor. I have 115 hp 4 stroke and havent had a problem with it.
Those are 2 very nice motors.
