Now what CAN happen in 2012? No idea but Bamer better watch out overlooking State. Saben said in his news conference a day or 2 ago that this State team was the best team he's played this year. We have a great Defense and Offense. We're balanced in run and the pass.
Last year, we played bamer close for 3 quaters. Think we were behind by a TD or so. Then our lack of depth cost us. We just didn't have enough bodies to hang. Have you noticed (doubt you have) that we're been playing ALOT of folks this year on O and D. 2nd string and 2rd string come in at all points of the game, not just mop duty at the end. They've been playing in every quarter to get them expierance just for a game like this one. Ya'll better be ready for a goodun cause we gonna bring it

Don't really see State putting up a fight in this one, but it sure would be nice to see Saban get beat.
This game should be much closer than 24. State is quite a bit better than Ole Miss, and and Ole miss would have won take away 5 turnovers. They earned 2 of them, but we gave them the other 3 turnovers. Saben knows what in for Saturday.
State's kicking game probably wins this game.
If you want to refer to performance from other games what is the excuse for States performance against Auburn, Troy, UK, and UT? I just don't understand.

Ok so once again I would like to understand the logic, State is going to play a close game/win cause Ole Miss lost to Bama 33-14? I still don't understand, what if someone said State beat UT 41-31 but Bama won 44-13?

There is no logic, its a pattern that State fans have, no matter what is going on or happening they involve Ole Miss. I aint a Bama fan but Bama wins and covers the line at 24. I was in the stands when Bama beat us (Ole Miss). Will be in the stands this weekend playing Arkansas. Like i said before 24 points is pie in the sky guys.

Just to be sure I wanted to point out we are the Ole Miss Rebels that bear is nothing more than a distraction on the sideline. I always thought it was ironic that the bear was killed off in MS then Ole Miss claims it as a mascot and it killed off our athletics, anyone else find any irony in that?

I disagree, how many State fans were pulling for Ole Miss when they played Bammer, not many. I really aint pulling for Bammer, just dont make any difference other than the NC. State cant make the run, even if they are undefeated I doubt they would get a 1 or 2 ranking.
I USED to pull for TSUN when they weren't playin State but some sour TSUN fans messed that up. heck I always pulled for any of the instate schools til those TSUN started in on me at the bar. I told em I was rooting for them to win whatever game it was and they started telling me that I wasn't. After a few weeks of that, well, I told to all go to Alabama LOL State DOES have a good chance this weekend. maybe 60-40 which is better than any team that Bama has played this year so far. Anyone can win on a given day and we'll be fired up. Bama has all the homecoming stuff going on, lots of distractions so it only helps us. We have a major chip on our shoulder right now and if you don;t think Mullen isn't using that as motivation, kick back and watch the show Saturday night.
