My father is having heart surgery tomorrow at Baptist East in Memphis. The doctors say that the odds are very good for his safe recovery. Still, a little prayer can work miracles. Help me out and remember my father in your prayers tonight and tomorrow. If all goes well, we can have him healthy and ready for the spring spawn!!! Thanks, men, in advance.
Have had him in our prayers since you and I were talking about it yesterday, sounds like a fine fellar and is no doubt the love and respect you have for him. Continued prayers and hope to spend some time on the water with him in the spring.

Dad has been in surgery for about two hours now. Just got a call from surgery nurse saying all is going well. Gonna be a long evening. Thanks for the prayers, they are working!!!

Just talked to Jay and his dad is out of surgery and in recovery now. He said to tell everyone thanks and keep em coming.
Thanks for your prayers guys. They have been effective. Father is in Cardiac ICU unit now and begining what will likely be a long recovery. He will be in tip-top shape in time for the spring spawn on his favorite lake. Thanks in advance for your continued prayers.
