River fish

River fishing was tough today. Not much wind and fish were scattered unlike other day. Found fish 8-10 foot deep no matter water depth. My buddy caught a nice striper which was a blast on the b an n pst 16ft pole. We fished lightwire jigs as usual and spared the minners. White/chart and electric chicken did well. Water temp was 75 today. Ended up with a nice live well of fish.

Nimrod had to keep the ol single barrel camera warm lol. Seriously i hunt Kansas every year in November and don't want to burn out before that and it has been hot! Good luck when ya go buddy.

Nice fish. Looks like the Corps shut the water off Friday/Sat at midnight.
