I've never been to that particular state park so I'm not familiar with it. I plan to take the camper next year so let me know when you get a campsite and I'll reserve one in the same area. If I reserve one first, I'll let you know which one.
Post up when you guys make reservations. I'm planning on going to this one as I should have chased those big forest chickens enough by this time.
We are staying on site 40.
You can go to arkansasstateparks.com/lakedardanelle and you can pull up a map. Site 1 to 16 have 50 amp water/sewer. The rest have water/electric some have sewer . Stay away from 54 to 64.
Give me a call if you have any questions.

it has a long way to go to beat last year spring camo at lake chicot !!!! there was 85 members and thats not counting wifes, kids or guest !!!! and that was friday count, i did count saturday!!!!
I cant get the online to work either. While I am waiting for the line to stop being busy I assume the camp site is what they call the Russellville area or is it across the lake at Dardanelle area. If it sounds like a dump ? , Sorry you have not met me yet.
I am in 46
I'm in 45. Howdy, neighbor! Booked for Thurs, Friday and Saturday nights. See you there. Just talked to a young lady at the park and she said they fill up pretty fast for spring campsites, so if you're planning on attending and staying in the park, prolly ought to go ahead and reserve a campsite.
Glad you asked. I called 479-967-5516 and spoke with a very nice and helpful young lady name "Stevie". She pulled up the map of the campsites (go to Lake Dardanelle State Park website, then go down the left side and click on Lake Dardanelle State Park brochure and there is a map there) and I told her where I wanted to be and she gave me the numbers and I booked one across from the marina in Area C. Turned out to be next door to BillyE.
She said they fill up pretty quickly for the spring, so I encourage anyone planning to attend and stay in the campgrounds in the park to call the above number soon and book you a site.
I got site number# 14 in area A. Thanks :welcome I will see you there!!!!
I got site number 15 !
For those of you that have never been there... Lake Dardanelle State park is a World Class facility. right in the heart of world class spring crappie fishing. They have cabins, playgrounds, bathrooms, great boat ramps and huge pavillions. Problem is it's popular and you should book early if you want to be right where the gathering will take place. Register as early as you can if you want to camp in the park area. If you cant get a spot lot's of other spots to register or hotels to check in at with in 10 mins of park. there is a link with a map of park in the sticky just click it and scroll down and you can see the outline of LD State park. See you all there. This is going to be a great time.
I tried a few days ago too, some of those reveration sites limit how far in advance you can reserve. Might be the case here. Looks like I will have to call. After last springs camp and the great time we had I guess y'all gonna have to make me an "honorary yankee". :biggrin
