Prop shop. Iuka ms
is that pedens? Would like something closer to hernando if possible.
What you done done to your prop????
Aint gonna pick up much, prolly not even 1 mph. If Bill dont know of someone call over to Olive Branch, Merc Man on another forum has the boat place over there and I bet he can hook you up. Also he is dynamite on our year model motors, he used to race em and can help you squeak a little more out of it. His health has not been good but if he is at the shop he will help you for sure. You gettin 60 mph out of it now aint ya, how fast you wanting to go???:dono
Yep--will get 60 with just the right conditions--should be getting 63 to 65-maybe--but it's more about getting the speed without being too rough on the mtr I guess. Prop really just needs a clean up. That xr6 is putting out about all it can (175 at the prop) so not too much tweaking can be done other than maybe reeds. The 150's aint got the right exhaust to do to much with--it's better that way I suppose--keeps me from spending money:)
but the vibration thing got me thinking cuz the other day with Jigflinger was over I was looking at the jack place and the starboard side had a couple of nuts loose on the adjustment screws--only way that could happen would be vibration I would think.
There is a place on pleasant view Rd in Memphis it is off of Covington Pike. Believe the name is ed's prop shop
If it just needs the edges cleaned up a lil you can do that yourself!
