The whole 10 part series should probably be a stickie post in the Newbie Forum, or at least a link to it. Might even be a good idea to stickie it in the Kids Korner ... either as is, or in a condensed & simplified form.

I guess that's why I was so drawn to crappie fishing many years ago when I found myself often scratching my head when faced with many finding, patterning and catching challenges that I have continuously had over the course of time.Quote:

Old timer here, moved to Florida just over a year ago, trying to learn how to catch these Crappies. Remember fishing with my Grandfather for Crappies up North, but only in the early spring, and from the banks as we had no boat.

I started my crappie fishing education three years ago by reading everything related to crappie, attending seminars, fishing with guides, camps, and fishing two days a week, but this article ties everything I have learned together and leaving application to be properly performed.
