It was a wasp. It just happened about 45 minutes ago. Dang thing got under my safety glasses while I was cutting wood on a table saw. I took some Benadryl. I think it's even bigger now.

Dang Scott that has to hurt. I don't know if it will help a sting but you can boil a tea bag and put it on your eye for a sty or a welding burn and it helps.

Those home remedies are great, just which one to use. Only thing I go to the doctor for is drugs. It's been a long time for that. My last ER visit (kidney stones) was for drugs for pain. What did I get? "You need to make an appt. with these fellows." ER and I don't get along to well, just go to the doctor if needed.Quote:

Maybe a reaction to the wasp sting may need a shot.They are deadly.My uncle worked for the Highway Department.Was on his way home in his truck had window down was stung.Bearly made it home before he passed out had a reaction to the sting.Had never reacted before now he has to carry a pin with a one dose shot.Need to get it checked. Hope things get better!!!!!!!!
