Thanks for the kind words Melissa, yea the hook thing is rough on me, I take blood thinner and if I get stuck while removing or putting back on the hooks, I have to stop and wrap the area up to make it quit bleeding :) Glad you like them and I hope they do good for you

I called Wild Blue and they told me that my IP address should not be the problem. After a chat with Slab, I decided maybe there was some virus on my computer that wasn't being picked up by my anti-virus software....so I purchased a new laptop (the other one had about had it anyways) and we'll see if that solves the problem.
Keep me posted! Come to hink of it your wireless router also has a IP address. That could also be one problem if it still does it after this.
