Tapping into the power of the ancient...

Pyramids

Setting here pulling on call and can't go fishing, so I started thinking about what supernatural forces I could tap into to cause me to catch a fish. I seemed to recall that the ancient pyramids of Eqypt had some ancient mojo, so I thought I would give it a try.

After looking at that for a while, I decided that mystic pyramid or not, this just ain't gonna hold no crappie. So I contemplated further and decided to combine the proven attracting power of bamboo and the mystic pyramid.

After looking at it again, I've decided that it would be a good place to take your mummy fishing.

Billy, we ain't camping. We've got a place rented back up the road, but we will definately see you there. I have a few coordinates in the bird, but the gooduns are on a couple different handheld gps units.

Structure enhancement project is going slow, but it's getting there a piece at a time. These long summer days are not structure dropping friendly. Just too much daylight.

Found out I also crossed this cover I had dropped. The bamboo on it still appears to be holding up after 2.5 years. I had actually got confused on the way points and am not sure if I have ever fished this or not. The pic is from yesterday. Notice the hard return of the 3 concrete blocks around the bottom.

Jackie, if I remember, the blocks were tied on with stainless steel wire. The pvc will be there for a long time. I'm surprised the bamboo is holding up. I can feel your pain on the on call. I go on call next Wednesday while I'm still on vacation and cover for a week. Those of us who have been there know it ain't fun. A person just can't relax knowing that the phone could go off at any time. Glad you are finally off.
