A couple of months ago I told devoted hubby that I thought I might like to try tying some jigs for us. He sent me here and I read and watched videos. Then he ordered me some starter supplies. When they arrived, I tied a couple..Then I tied a few more. Now I am addicted and I can't stop! worm hole is so right! Now I am trying som new but basic techniques and I just can't get enough! :biggrin

You think just tying jigs is bad!! Get all the molds, hooks melters, tie flies and make spinners and powder paint and glitters - it doesn't stop. I've already been warned that if I even think about getting into plastics I'm toast!!!!LOL. For me it's cheaper to buy my plastics off the guys here or trade for them if that's ok with them!!
Yes I bet you saw some place on here that it's addicting and will get ya, LOL! You are just seeing the tip of the ice burg!
But I bet your husband never whines cause your spending too much time with your jigs instead of him. Thats gotta be nice.rotfl

Is a lot of fun to tie your own jigs, flies and make spinners and other lures. Just make sure to find the time to go fishing somewhere in there!
Wait until you get into some really fancy stuff like I enjoy tying and then you wonder just how sane you are.
