I only see 2
There is a third one to the left, I couldnt see anything on the screne of my phone with the glare. I have never known there to be much caught along the dam at Grenada but these 3 were there and down by the spillway house 2 others were pulling cranks.
Must be some out of town tourists that don't know any better. Prolly from MO or AL or sumpn.
