I think youall have noticed that G and i have the same avitar well we served in the same squadron at MOFFET field Calif. I left a month before G showed up. But i was a flight engineer and i sat center seat . Thepic. was taken from where i sat. Great bird and outfit.:biggrin

Did either of you do a tour with VP 9 in Iwakuni? I was with FAW 6 there.

Its a small world. I was there in 71 also. I can't remember for sure but VP-9 was either the last or second to the last VP squadron attached to FAW-6 before we were decomissioned. I hated living in Japan.Quote:

Was in Iwakuni in 68 they had had some nice guns in the nex.Boubht a rem 600 in .308 for $90 was selling for over $300 stateside.Still have it.
