Quick question. I thought you couldn't put anything out that was biodegradable such as PVC. Is that wrong ? Or can you do it with permission from the rangers. Just for my info.

We painted some of that boo white as a research study to see if it would attract more fish. We'll let you know when the water gets over it and we go to snatching slabbers off it. You might want to do your own study and see what you think!!
